Hassle Free 30-Day Return Policy

You may return most new or unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus original shipping cost. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (otherwise return shipping is at buyer's expense).

Your return for refund will not be accepted if:

  • Item is returned damaged or in used condition
  • Item is missing original parts (instructions, visor clip, batteries, screws, etc)
  • Returned outside 30 day return period

Exchanges: Due to price differences and shipping costs, we don't offer direct exchanges. You can return an item for a refund and place a new order for the correct part at any time. If you would like to wait for a refund before placing a new order, you will be notified when we receive your return and issue a refund.

Damaged in shipping - We're so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please follow the returns process below and attach a photo of the damage to the returns form. We will exchange or replace the damaged item upon inspection.

Defective - Please follow the returns process below and select defective as your return reason. Defective items will be exchanged at our expense if the item is received within 30 days of your order date. Defective items returned outside that period will be returned at the customer's expense and a store credit issued for the value of the item. Please note some items only have a 30 day exchange warranty. Be sure to check the description of the item for warranty information. This excludes fair wear and tear. We may require you to return the item before we can send a replacement.

Please note: Some items are non-returnable. Be sure to check the item description for notes regarding this. Paint and control boards are non-returnable items.

To request a return, please:

  1. Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address used at checkout and click the "Lookup" button.
  2. Your order details will show on the screen. Confirm you have entered the correct order information and then click "create request".
  3. Select the product(s) you'd like to return/exchange.
  4. Select the "return reason" from the drop down window for each product(s).
  5. Add any notes and/or pictures you feel are important to convey to us.
  6. Click "Submit Request".

What will happen next? Great question!

  1. You'll receive a Return Request notification pretty soon after you've submitted yours.
  2. We will review your request and advise you of its confirmation or denial with 12-24 hours.
  3. If confirmed, you will receive further information about how to handle your return.
  4. Upon receiving your return at our warehouse & ensuring all parts are undamaged & in their original packaging including all pieces, please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to process.

Packing and Sending Your Return

  1. Once you have received your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), pack the items securely in a box or package. You can use the package the items arrived in or another box/package, if you prefer. Please ensure all old shipping labels and bar-codes have been removed.
  2. Take the package to the nearest Post Office or UPS Store to ship.
  3. Affix the shipping label from the shipper of your choice securely to the outside of the box/package.
  4. Send your Return to us using an insured or track-able shipper that is most convenient for you.
