We will gladly return your order, so long as:
- Requests are submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items are still in new condition or unopened condition and returned in their original packaging (including instructions, visor clip, batteries, screws, etc)
- The item is a returnable product
Please note: Some items are non-returnable. Be sure to check the item description for notes regarding this. Paint and Control Boards are non-returnable items.
To request a return, please:
- Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address used at checkout.
- Answer the questions and wait for your return instructions to be emailed to you.
- Write the RMA number & Order number clearly on the receipt or any paper inside the package.
- Take the package to the nearest Post Office or UPS Store to ship.
- Upon receiving your return at our warehouse & ensuring all parts are undamaged & in their original packaging including all pieces, please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to process.
