In stock orders placed on weekdays are shipped out the same or next day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped on the next business day. Once orders have been submitted shipping prices may not be able to be adjusted. By submitting an order you agree to the total cost of shipping. Shipping is not refundable once your order has been shipped.


Some items may take more than one day to prepare for shipment due to the custom nature of the item (springs sized specifically for your order, cut to length items). Special order items are noted on the product pages.


Calculating your approximate delivery date - Do not include the day your order is shipped, weekend days, or holidays when calculating your estimated delivery date. Once your order ships tracking information from the carrier will give you the best information on when your order will arrive.


SHIPPING TIME FRAMES ARE ESTIMATES - NOT GUARANTEES. 

Factors such as weather, and carrier delays can extend the amount of time it takes to arrive. These factors are out of our control and we do not offer shipping refunds on delayed shipments.


Over the past three years we have seen many changes in carrier reliability and shipping timeframes. Many carriers nationwide are still consistently experiencing workforce shortages causing delays in handling packages and delivery times/quality. We have found over the last three years that issues are irregular and delivery times are somewhat unpredictable (across all carriers pretty evenly). As a result, transit times have been impacted and your delivery may not arrive on-time.


We are only able to control what we do, so we are doing everything we can to get your order shipped out quickly (same or next business day from your order date). Once it has been shipped, the course of its transit is in the hands of the carrier service used. USPS is still the fastest most cost effective carrier in most cases, so we ship the majority of orders through USPS first class and priority mail.


We have a very low defect rate with USPS shipments, and most orders arrive within a couple of days of shipment. If you don't want your order shipped via USPS methods, please select UPS ground at checkout. UPS ground usually takes and extra 2-3 days to arrive over USPS options and the base rates are much higher. We don't offer any guaranteed date shipping options, and all listed delivery time frames are estimates not guarantees. Shipping is a non-refundable service and once your order has shipped it can't be recouped.
